Meet Dr. Frostad

Experienced Periodontist with a Wealth of Knowledge and decades of Clinical Experience

Dr. Kenneth Frostad received his dental degree from Case Western Reserve University and was then selected for a general practice residency with the US Air Force at Travis AFB, CA. He then completed a 3-year Air Force residency in periodontics at the University of Texas and at Wilford Hall, USAF Hospital, San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Frostad began Sierra Perio in 1983 in Orangevale, CA.

Dr. Frostad is the one of the most experienced Periodontists in the area and has a penchant for the management of gum disease and performs surgical procedures for its prevention and management.  He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the Sacramento District Dental Society, as well as the American Academy of Periodontology and the California Society of Periodontology.
